EPA Issues Notice Delaying Implementation of Thirty Regulations

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced in a Notice that it is delaying the implementation of thirty regulations. The final regulations published between October 28, 2016 and January17, 2017. The action is based upon the Presidential directive ‘‘Regulatory Freeze Pending Review.’’

This regulation is effective January 26, 2017. The effective date of each regulation listed in the table below is delayed to a new effective date of March 21, 2017.
